Leakage and ingredient deterioration may occur during long-term storage, impairing product preservation and user experience. To meet the demand for green packaging upgrades of personal care and skincare products, our factory launches the 180ml Sustainable Spray Series Plastic Bottle. Made of recyclable eco-friendly materials, it is suitable for spray packaging of various liquid skincare and home care products.

      This product is fitted with a matched atomizing spray pump. The optimized pump structure delivers fine and uniform mist with consistent output volume, ideal for filling and storing liquid products such as toner, moisturizing sprays, skincare serums and fragrance care liquids. The pump is equipped with a locking mechanism to disable pressing when not in use. It effectively prevents accidental pressing and liquid leakage during transportation and storage, keeping the contents clean and maintaining the intact appearance of the package. The tightly fitted sealing structure at the bottle neck blocks outside air and impurities from entering the bottle, slowing down oxidation of ingredients and extending the shelf life of care products.

      Compared with traditional single-use composite spray packaging, this series of sustainable spray bottles supports refilling and repeated use. The bottles can be refilled with similar liquid materials multiple times, reducing the frequency of packaging replacement and cutting enterprises’ packaging procurement costs. The material features stable chemical resistance and will not react with common water-based and weakly acidic skincare and home care liquids, without altering the inherent properties of the contents. It is suitable for packaging and storage of most liquid beauty, skincare and household cleaning products.
